Investment: $4,000 per Month
This is where we step in and take over. What This Means:
You are not responsible for:
- Networking
- Cold outreach
- Following up with partners
- Figuring out “who to connect with”
We handle all of it!
Includes:
- Full relationship-based PR strategy
- Outreach to aligned businesses, organizations, and partners
- Strategic introductions made on your behalf
- Ongoing relationship management
- Opportunity identification (events, partnerships, collaborations)
- Strategic Event Introductions (vendor + partner connections via email)
- Custom collateral (sponsorship decks, leave-behinds, etc.)
Parameters:
- Outreach is ongoing and strategy-led (not volume blasting)
- Introductions are curated based on alignment and opportunity
- Collateral is created as needed to support outreach (not unlimited design requests)
Additional Inclusions:
- Monthly 30-min strategy call
- Slack access (48-hour response time)
Not Included:
- Social media content
- Email marketing
- Media pitching campaigns
- Press release distribution
PR + Visibility
Investment: $6,000 per Month
We build the relationships AND keep you visible.
Includes EVERYTHING in PR Foundation PLUS:
Social Media
- 12 posts/month
- 4 short-form videos
- 8 static/carousels
Note: You do NOT need to be on camera. Our content creator will film and appear as part of your team.
We handle:
- Content ideas
- Filming
- Editing
- Posting
You provide:
- Brand assets
- Occasional photos/videos from your business/nonprofit or events
Email Marketing
- 2 emails/month
- One Newsletter
- One Promotional or Announcement Email
Additional Inclusions:
- Monthly analytics report
- 2 rounds of revisions
Not Included:
- Media pitching
- Podcast outreach

Authority & Expansion
Investment: $9,000 per Month
This is where we expand your reach and position you as a leader.
Includes EVERYTHING in Tier 2 PLUS:
Media & Speaking
- Media pitching (local + niche outlets)
- Podcast pitching
- Speaking opportunities
Press Support
- Press release writing + outreach included as needed
Pitching Parameters:
- Up to 20 targeted pitches/month
- 1–2 follow-ups per pitch
- Strategy-led outreach (not mass pitching)
Important: Third-party press release distribution is not included and will be billed separately if requested.
Not Included:
- Guaranteed placements
- National PR campaigns (unless scoped separately)
Monthly Advisory
Investment: $999 per Month
For businesses or nonprofits that want guidance, but not execution.
Includes:
1 monthly 30-minute strategy call
