What To Expect

We’re not here to sell you on something you don’t need. Our services work best when we’re aligned on goals, capacity, and expectations, so these processes help us make sure you get exactly what you need (and nothing you don’t).

Application Process

We know your time is valuable, so is ours. This process helps us get clear on fit, scope, and readiness from the jump. Whether you end up working with us now, later, or not at all, you’ll walk away with clarity and support for wherever you are in your growth journey.

Step 1: Start with the Interest Form

This quick form helps us get to know you, your brand, your goals, and what kind of support you’re exploring. The more honest you are, the better we can guide you.

Once we review your form, we’ll send over a few helpful resources—plus a link to book a casual 15-minute Quick Connect. It’s a no-pressure chat to learn more about each other and make sure we’re aligned before diving in deeper.

If it feels like a fit, your next step is the Kickstart Audit. This one-time, $47 service is our way of assessing where you are, what’s working, and what needs attention. You’ll get real insights and immediate value, even if we don’t move forward together. It also helps us know exactly where to start, so we don’t waste time (or budget) guessing.

Now that we’ve got the audit results in hand, we’ll hop on a one-hour call to walk through the findings, talk through your goals, and outline a custom game plan.

We’ll also explore which of our services fit best and map out what it would look like to work together. If we’re both all-in, we’ll send over a proposal and contract to get things rolling.

We build your custom strategy and get everything behind the scenes ready for a smooth launch.

Ongoing pricing depends on your goals and the level of support you need.

Ground Rules

Scope of Work

Your contract outlines exactly what’s included. If you need additional work outside the original scope, no problem, we’ll provide a quote before getting started. We don’t do “just one more thing” without adjusting the agreement.

Set based on capacity and project scope to ensure quality.

Each digital marketing deliverable includes 2 rounds of edits:

  • Round 1 is for big-picture content changes

  • Round 2 is for final polish – think typos and tiny tweaks

That’s more than enough when we’re aligned. Additional rounds are not included and will incur a $250 inconvenience fee per round.

We keep things clear, collaborative, and efficient, because your time (and ours) matters. Let’s use those two rounds wisely and keep things moving forward.

Once final approval is given, the files are considered signed off and ready to go. Any changes requested after that point will be treated as a new project or billed at our hourly rate of $200/hour.

If you’re a monthly client, auto-pay is required. No exceptions, we keep things simple and streamlined.

For one-time, project-based, or Community Marketing clients, invoices must be paid within 3 business days. This keeps your project on track and our calendars running smoothly.

Late payments come with a $250 late fee after 7 days, and if we hit 14 days, we’ll pause all work until the account is current.

We respect your deadlines; timely payment helps us hit them.

All monthly marketing services, digital and community, are billed every 4 weeks (every 28 days).

That means you’ll receive 13 invoices per year instead of 12. Why? Because the work doesn’t pause with the calendar, it’s consistent, strategic, and always moving forward.

This keeps everything aligned with the real rhythm of delivery and ensures smooth, reliable support every step of the way.

Held virtually during the third week of each month to review progress.

Business hours are Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm (excluding holidays and out-of-office time).

Please note: Our office is closed the week of Thanksgiving and for two weeks in December (Christmas through New Year’s).

We use Slack for quick updates and collaboration. Email and text are rarely used.

Everything is stored in Google Drive for easy access. We do not use Microsoft Office products.

We require 24 hours’ notice to reschedule any meeting. No-shows or same-day cancellations may result in forfeiting that time or a fee, depending on your service agreement.

We’re a small, but-mighty team and we treat all clients with kindness and respect, and expect the same in return. Let’s keep it collaborative, clear, and constructive.

Monthly Workflow

Week 4 - Strategy & Planning

We will finalize next month’s content plan for your approval.

Draft, review, and refine content internally to ensure quality and alignment with your brand

You review drafts, and we complete two rounds of edits.

Finalized content is scheduled and delivered. We review last month’s analytics and hold our monthly strategy call to assess performance and plan next steps.

We stay a month to a month and a half ahead at all times.

“I appreciate your professionalism, dedication and commitment to the work we are doing. Looking forward to another two years of working with you.”
